The Cut — Privacy

Effective July 1, 2026. This policy explains the basic information The Cut collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

The Cut collects your email address to create and manage your account, and your gameplay activity — the picks you make, your scores, and your contest results. We collect only what is needed to operate and improve the app.

How we use information

We use your information to run your account, operate the contest (recording picks, scoring nights, and determining standings), respond to your requests, improve reliability, and protect the service.

Where your data is stored

The Cut uses Supabase as its backend provider to store account and gameplay data on our behalf.

Sharing and visibility

Some information, such as your display name and contest results, may be visible to other players as part of normal gameplay. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising.

Account deletion requests

You can request account deletion by emailing support@habbery.com. We may need to verify the request before deleting account information, and some records may be retained if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
